a. Vulnerabilities
Elections are administered by State and local governments, and the specifics of how elections are conducted differ between States. The Constitution and laws of the United States grant States wide latitude in how they administer elections.
1) Voter Registration
Obviously, voter registration should be limited to those who are lawfully allowed to vote. But who is that? Only citizens are allowed to vote in federal elections, but in some states, non-citizens who live there are allowed to vote in state or local elections. This can easily become a source of voter fraud. (And now there is some indication that Biden may try to use an executive order to grant voting privilege to illegal aliens.)
a) A recent JustFacts.com study found that between 10% to 27% of non-citizen adults in the U.S. are illegally registered to vote. The U.S. Census recorded more than 19 million adult non-citizens living in the U.S. during 2022. Given their voter registration rates, this means that about 2 million to 5 million are illegally registered to vote. (And that was two years ago!)
Just Facts: 10% to 27% of Non-Citizens are Illegally Registered to Vote
b) By Executive Order, the Biden Administration directed all agencies of the federal government to push voter registration in populations where eligibility statuses cannot be effectively tracked, like students, prisoners, and non-citizens.

2) Voter Rolls
All states are plagued with the problem of keeping voter rolls accurate and up to date: eliminating deaths and move-outs and adding those who have moved in or come of age. Each state and, some places, each county keeps its own rolls. If not up to date, it becomes a source of fraud.
a) Example: After three years of grueling work, a group of citizen volunteers in Maryland completed their report containing a statewide canvass and the results of their meticulous investigation of the state’s voter rolls. The report found many inaccuracies and ineligible voter records, a finding that does not bode well for a clean election in November 2024.

b) The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) was intended to streamline voter registration, but it placed administration in the hands of multiple public agencies, leading to increased inaccuracies in voter rolls and facilitating voter fraud.

3) Voting Machines
a) Help America Vote Act (HAVA), aimed at addressing voting system issues post-2000, mandated electronic voting systems. However, this shift compromised security, introducing vulnerabilities to hacking and technical failures. The requirement for provisional ballots also led to confusion and inconsistent handling across states.

b) Two cyber experts examined the hard drive from a Dominion voting machine used in Colorado for two elections (November 2020 and April 2021.) These independent experts determined that software on the machine had performed secret operations that manipulated ballot data.
c) All across the nation, election precincts in many of the largest municipalities use a product called PollChief, an “election management software.” The data harvested through the various collection points is centralized and stored in the PollChief system. This program is from a Chinese company, Konnech, which also provides election software to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
True the Vote discovered that the internet principal data routes used by Konnech that run critical and secure election data are located in China—hosted by CCP state-owned telecom companies. In their yearlong research into Chinese election interference, True the Vote found that sensitive data about voters, election processes, election workers, and more are being run on CCP networks. When this discovery by True the Vote was promptly shared with the FBI, the TTV team became the target of the investigation, instead of the CCP!
d) Considering that the democracy of nation is at stake, and there is the possibility that elections could be tampered with without anyone’s knowledge, it’s hard to justify the risks that come with electronic voting systems. When compared to e-voting, paper-based voting has a much lower potential for disaster to strike and for democracy to be undermined in a massive way.

4) Mail-in Ballots
All 50 states have bans on electioneering in and near polling places. By contrast, there are no prohibitions on electioneering in voters’ homes—which is what happens all too often with absentee ballots and voting by mail. Absentee ballots are also more vulnerable to being misdirected, stolen, forged, and altered. One indicator of possible election fraud is when the ratio of absentee ballots cast for candidates is substantially different than the ratio of votes they received through in-person voting.
Example: In the Miami mayoral election held on November 4, 1997, incumbent Joe Carollo won a plurality in a field of five candidates but was 155 votes short of winning a majority. Carollo won a majority of the in-person precinct votes, but his challenger, Xavier Suarez, won a majority of the absentee ballots; Carollo “would have won outright on Nov. 4” if not for “Suarez’s lopsided advantage in absentees.” Carollo then lost the run-off election on November 13 when Suarez received two-thirds of the absentee votes cast in the election. However, the November 4 election was overturned, and Carollo was returned to office, after a court found evidence of widespread, massive fraud involving 5,000 absentee ballots.

“2000 Mules,” a documentary film created by Dinesh D’Souza, exposes widespread, coordinated voter fraud in the 2020 election, sufficient to change the overall outcome. Drawing on research provided by the election integrity group True the Vote, “2000 Mules” offers two types of evidence: geotracking and video. The geotracking evidence, based on a database of 10 trillion cell phone pings, exposes an elaborate network of paid professional operatives called mules delivering fraudulent and illegal votes to mail-in dropboxes in the five key states where the election was decided. Video evidence, obtained from official surveillance cameras installed by the states themselves, confirms the geotracking evidence. The movie concludes by exploring numerous ways to prevent the fraud from happening again.

4) Election Irregularities
a) Democrats also have a long history of, not only contesting elections they lose, but also demanding they be overturned, as in Jimmie Carter’s Georgia Senate election of 1962. His loud insistence of voter irregularities caused it to be investigated and fraud was indeed found, resulting in the election being overturned.

b) So much has been written and reported about the 2020 presidential election that it’s hard not to tune out when the subject is brought up. But looking at what has happened to this country since then, it may be worth taking another look. The Navarro Report assesses the fairness and integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election by examining six dimensions of alleged election irregularities across six key battleground states. From the findings of this report, it is possible to infer what may well have been a coordinated strategy to effectively stack the election deck against the Trump-Pence ticket. Indeed, the observed patterns of election irregularities are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election outright, strategically game the election process in such a way as to “stuff the ballot box” and unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket. b. A Plan for Honest and Secure Elections
There have been several plans proposed to help secure future elections. One was a 10-point plan outlined by Family Research Council. A link for it is included below. There has also been a multi-faceted and fully documented system by Mike Lindell and his group entitled ‘The Plan.’ This link is also below.
